You have 14 natural days from the reception of the order to decide if you want to keep your order or if you prefer to return it, if in the end it is like that and the product is in perfect condition, you must request the change or return by communicating it to us through any of our contact channels, once the request is accepted we will contact you with the indications of how to proceed, the amount of the purchase will be returned in the same way that the payment was made, as long as the jewel is in perfect condition and has not been used.
You only have to send us the product in perfect conditions and in its original packaging, including guarantees and labels. The return shipment to our warehouse will be paid by the customer but in case of exchange, you will not have to pay the shipping costs of the new order.

It is very important that you return the product(s) to us for exchange or return perfectly packaged. If the products are damaged due to improper packaging, we will not accept the return. Diamant Jewellery cannot be held responsible for loss or damage caused by the return transport of products.

Once we receive the merchandise in our establishment and we verify that all the previous conditions are met, Diamant Jewellery will admit the return of the product and will proceed to reimburse the amount according to the payment method made. If you request a return, the shipping costs will be subtracted from the reimbursement of the purchase amount. If a product has a defect or is different from the one you purchased and delivered by mistake from Diamant Jewellery, it will be picked up and the correct product will be delivered to you at no additional charge.
If you paid by credit card, the amount will be credited to the same credit card. You will receive a refund within a maximum of 15 days from the date you receive the returned or exchanged product at our shop. Please note that if you paid by credit card it is likely that your bank will not show you the amount of the refund on your balance until the following month.
We inform you that in our physical shop you will be able to exchange the product for another one or for a voucher without expiry date but the amount will never be reimbursed on the spot, it will be done through the online department and in the same way that the payment was made.
We remind you that we do not accept returns of engraved or personalised products such as: slaves, medals, pendants...
